薪资:面議
1、負責香港辦公室的運營管理,外來訪客來賓的接待;
2、承擔日常行政和文職工作,包括所有辦公室行政事務,包括辦公費用和付款審核;
3、續簽和管理各種公司許可證,準備相關文件和簽名;
4、處理日常會計業務,準備支票和付款憑證,處理費用報銷;
5、更新檔和資料庫並準備定期報告;
6、提供文員支援並進行歸檔工作;
7、辦公設備、辦公用品物資的購買;
8、根據需要協調安排CEO日程及交易處理
9、協助團隊完成其他行政事務。
1、Responsible for the operation and management of the Hong Kong office, as well as receiving external visitors and guests.
2、Undertaking daily administrative and clerical duties to all office administration routines, including office expenses and payments checking;
3、Renew and manage various kind of company license, preparing relevant document and signatures
4、Handle daily accounting operations, the preparation of cheque and payment vouchers, handle expenses claims and reimbursement;
5、Updating files and database and preparing regular reports;
6、Provide clerical support and undertake filing duties;
7、Purchase office equipment and supplies;
8、Coordinate and arrange the CEO’s schedule and tasks as needed;
9、Assist the team with other administrative tasks.
工作時間:
週一-週五,9:00-18:00
1、中文、秘書和行政管理或相關專業本科及以上學歷;
2、2年以上辦公室行政工作經驗;
3、熟悉香港營商環境及政府運作規則,持有合法香港工作許可;
4、流利的粵語、普通話和英語口頭表達能力;
5、精通MS Office(如Word、Excel和PowerPoint)及中英文文字處理能理;
6、有責任心,溝通表達能力良好,具有一定抗壓能力。
7、立即可用者優先考慮。
1、Bachelor's degree or higher in Chinese, Secretarial Studies, Administration, or a related field;
2、 At least 2 years of office administrative work experience;
3、Knowledgeable in Hong Kong's business environment and government regulations, with a valid work visa.
4、Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
5、Proficiency in MS(Word、Excel和PowerPoint)and Chinese&English Word Processing;
6、Responsible, with strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
7、Immediate available is highly preferred.
